Plot Overview
Jim and Tammy Lawrence called Nanny 911 because nighttime is a problem with 5-year-old James and 4-year-old Jacob who won't go to sleep without their mother in their room. Their family and friends think they are the perfect family, without knowing what nighttime is like in their household.
Nanny Stella is chosen to help them, but when she arrives, she notices that apart from the nighttime chaos, there are a lot more issues that the parents don't seem to see as major problems. Both boys are extremely rough with their labrador dog, and act like big babies. At 4 and 5, they still want to be fed by their parents, although capable of feeding themselves, still drink from sippy cups, their top crutch, and would spend their time on mum and dad's laps if they could.
Nanny Stella finds out that the parents behave as they are traumatised, and the kids are taking advantage of their fear. Can she convince them that the kids are not traumatised and are not babies anymore? Can she stop James and Jacob hitting the dog, make them give up their sippy cups and most of all, sleep in their own beds?
