Plot Overview
College Chancellor Cromwell's bid for a promotion is threatened by a blackmailing rival who's discovered that Cromwell is not his real name and that he's wanted for questioning in Central America about a murder that occurred there while he was a visiting sailor. When the rival is found dead, Perry agrees to defend Cromwell, but in order to do so, he has to travel south to Central America and straighten out the other situation.
