Plot Overview
Sgt. Wolfe is found standing over the murdered body of his sister's brutal boyfriend, holding his service revolver, which is also the murder weapon. Perry wonders about the sister's neighbors in her apartment and why none of them did anything when they heard her being beaten, and also wonders if it has any bearing on his case.
