Plot Overview
The wife of an old friend, a carnival owner, hires Pete to find her missing husband. Jacoby is also looking for him, in connection with a homicide...a bookkeeper was fatally shot by a midget posing as a trick-or-treater, and he suspects Gunn's friend, who has ties to a drug-dealing mobster, of arranging the hit to pay a debt to his old friend.
