Plot Overview
A cab driver friend of Pete's asks for his help after he scares off two thugs who are assaulting a young girl, but when he attempts to take the girl to a hospital for treatment, she vanishes. The fact that she worked as a nurse to a prison dentist explains a lot to Gunn, who's certain that the girl's disappearance is somehow connected to the assassination of a small-time hood.
