Plot Overview
Jacoby wants to go on a fishing vacation, Pete needs help finding a missing man who was last known to be in South America...so the intrepid detective, under the premise of taking him on a fishing trip, arranges for his cop buddy to accompany him south of the border, on a mission that may be potentially deadly when they discover the illegal activity of the most powerful man in town.
