Plot Overview
A man riding on a commuter bus insists that he saw a murder when he looked out of the window of the bus. Gunn agrees to look into the case after the man claims that the killer is now following him, but when the killer catches up to his client and the body of the previous murder victim turns up, he and Jacoby have to set up a trap to nail the killer, using another 'witness' as bait.
