Phoo Action was a pilot for a series that was ordered but cancelled before production began on more episodes. It's 2012 and the Queen has just been killed by the mutant Freebie gang. The teenage anarchist daughter of the police chief and a buddhist kung-fu cop from Hong Kong must team up to save the monarchy. It is based on the comic strip "Get the Freebies" which ran in the magazine The Face.
