Plot
Brain's Plan
The Brain creates a doll named Noodlenoggin capable of hypnotizing humans.
How It Fails
SPOILER: Hover or select to reveal The Brain finally reads Pinky's letter to Santa after turning on his broadcast to the world, but it so touched by his friend's request that instead of declaring himself the leader of the world, he commands everyone to "Have a Merry Christmas!" The Brain does get the world for a change... on a keychain as a Christmas present from Pinky.
