- This is possibly the most controversial episode in Pokémon history. 20 minutes in the episode, there is a scene in which Pikachu stops some vaccine missiles with its Thunderbolt attack, resulting in a huge explosion that flashes red and blue lights. As a result, hundreds of viewers including kids suffered seizures.
