Plot Overview
Quincy's friend Ted Locke finds himself accused of arson, insurance fraud and murder after his furniture warehouse burns down. St. John, a Federal attorney, insists that Ted, who changed his last name to distance himself from members of his family involved with the Syndicate, is involved with the Mob and is laundering money for them. When St. John hauls Quincy before the Grand Jury to testify, he refuses and finds himself thrown into jail.
