The Biggest Chubby is the third episode of the first season of Reality Bites Back. In this episode which spoofs The Biggest Loser, contestants battle to see who can gain the most weight.

- Weigh In: Each contestant takes their shirt off and steps on the scale to see how much they way.
- Teams: The Contestants are divided into two teams, the red team with coach Lavell Crawford and the blue team with coach William Merritt. The coaches then take their teams to eat as much as they could.
- Challenge: One contestant from each team was chose to see in a big tub of pudding and eat as much as they could. The red team chose Red Grant and the blue team chose Theo Von. The results were Red ate 8.5 pounds of pudding and Red Grant won, eating 9 pounds of pudding. However, there was no prize for the winner.
- Results Weigh In: The contestants each once again weigh in to find out who gained the most weight, based on the percentage of weight they gained. The winner was Mo who won immunity.
- Elimination: Mo then got to choose one person to gain immunity, and then that person chose the next person to get immunity, and so on until one person is left, who is eliminated. Mo chose Theo, who chose Chris, who chose Amy, who chose Red, who chose Bert, leaving Tiffany as the one that was eliminated.
