Trivia

Ringo was want to come up with little malapropisms that would eventually become the titles of Beatles songs. After a late recording session, he quipped "It's been a hard day," after which he peered out a window and finished the sentence with "...'s night." The title of the song "Tomorrow Never Knows" was also attributed to him (it was originally titled "The Void").

The movie "Yellow Submarine" was first called "All You Need Is Love" but the Beatles rejected it as it sounded too generic. Ringo suggested "Submarine" (the song of which he sang lead) saying "you can put anything in a submarine."
