Basic Information

Chuckie Finster is one of the main characters of the Rugrats series. He plays a major role in many episodes. He is not nescarily in every episode though,like Tommy is, but generally is.

Favorite Toy: We are never really told. Although, at times Chuckie plays with a "certian" toy.Check it out here:Chuckie's toys.

Character History

Basically, throughout the entire series, Chuckie is viewed as the scaredy-cat of the group.

Memorable Moments

In one episode, the Rugrat gang is playing in the trash. Technically they are not supposed to but all the Rugrats find it great fun. Mr.Finster catches Chuckie in the act and forces him to take a bath. Afterwards, Mr.Finster tells Chuckie about germs. Since Chuckie overreacts about everything he does the same with germs. He envisions germs as little bugs that attack whenever they feel like it. He has nightmares about all this, which scares him so much he is forced to take extreme action. He goes crazy about staying germ-free, cleaning off everything. His friends have to coax him out of this obsession. They do but both sides learn something. That is that their is a fine line between to clean and to dirty.
