Plot Overview
A mutant bear stalks the toxic-wasted land near the Destroido factory. It is exempt from local laws due its declaration of being its own sovereign state. As the gang infiltrates Destroido (controlled by Mr. E himself), the rest of the original Mystery Incorporated put their plans in motion to acquire the three pieces of the Planispheric Disc Scooby and the gang have.
