Scooby Doo: Return to Zombie Island is the thirty-first feature in the long running series of DVD animated movies of Scooby-Doo. It a sequel to Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island, the first made-for-DVD feature from 1998.
Law enforcement has put the kibosh on the gang's mystery solving and Fred has sold the Mystery Machine. Shaggy and Scooby make the gang promise they won't solve any more mysteries and then finds out they've won a vacation on a tropical island. The gang is led to a swamp area--Moonscar Island, the locale of the original film--instead where they are warned to leave. During their excursion they are attacked by cat creatures and zombies. Shaggy gives the gang permission to solve the mystery, and once the creatures are caught, they discover they were lured to the island to film a movie. But during filming of the movie, strange occurances take place.
