Plot Overview

During a very busy Father's Day at Patsy's Pies, one of the customers Fiona has to deal with – a morbidly obese man, who is accompanied by his wife (who is also obese) and young child – is very demanding, and Fiona keeps her patience. However, the man fails to tip her properly, and after he and his family leave, Fiona chases them down and confronts him, insulting him over his size – specifically, an inability to wait five minutes because "his metabolism might suffer" – and that he "shoved 10 pounds of bacon down his throat." When the man says she gave him poor service and was "slow," and that the food was not prepared to his satisfaction, Fiona continues to insult him, and the man's wife slaps her. Sean comes out to intervene, and when he suggests that since they didn't tip they must be unable to afford to eat out, the man again insists that Fiona gave poor service and, using a crude term, suggests he's "defending" her. Sean shoves the man against the wall, demands he apologize and then tells him he and his family are banned from Patsy's.
