Plot Overview
When the mayor's daughter is kidnapped by a gang of radicals, he orders the police chief to assign the case to a cop he saw on the TV news, Inspector Sledge Hammer. Unfortunately, Hammer turns out to be an uncontrollable maniac who does more harm than good in his pursuit of law and order.
