Plot Overview

In a strange turn of events, Lex is abducted by the spaceship he and Lana see in the field. He returns a changed man; most notable his greatly increased strength. It is believed that he is possessed by General Zod, who needs a human vessel.

  • I thought this was one of the weaker season finales on Smallville. I think their method of leaving every storyline open all the time is starting to wear off it's effectiveness. I was left, at least, a little let down by the lack of real action here. I also am not a fan of Zod appearing in Lex's body. I don't know if they have budget problems or they just really don't like introducing new characters, but their habit of taking the easy (and usually cheap) road out on decisions like this is really starting to get to me. --MateoP 00:08, 8 June 2006 (EDT)
