Plot Overview
A TV personality, Rick Keeslar, has taken his kids hostage during a custody dispute, and is stuck in the middle of an intersection in an SUV. He talks with the FBI while waving a gun. Matt Flannery is the lead negotiator, and Emily Lehman is Flannery's partner and backup.
Later (the next day) a young blond college age-looking kid straps on a bomb and takes a coffee shop hostage.
