Plot Overview

Worf must answer accusations of treason against his father (and his family) for aiding the Romulans in the attack on Khitomer.

Characters

• The episode is key in the development of Worf's character. By accepting discommodation, he saves the Klingon Empire from civil war; but on a personal level he sets the stage for what will be a rough relationship with any and all Klingons in the future.
