Super Pay Cards! was a Canadian-based revival of the 1968 game show Pay Cards! which aired in first-run syndication in the United States and on CTV in Canada.

The first round is Five Card Draw. Two contestants faced a game board now comprised of 16 face-down cards. In turn, each player selects three cards in an attempt to make pairs or three-of-a-kind. Players making a pair or three-of-a-kind were required to keep those cards. If those hands did not come up, they had the option to keep or refuse the cards. If a pair or three-of-a-kind show up, the player may call a fourth card and if possible a fifth. If no cards to create better hands show up, the cards may be refused and control passes to the next player. Pairs pay $20, Three of a kind $50, Full house $100, Four of a kind $200, and Five of a kind $300.

The second round revolved around four different games in creating card hands. The Wild Card round was similar to the original except it employed Jokers.

The high scorer played for $5000 by memorizing cards and determining where the card that hostess Mary Lou Basaraba was holding. This was executed in stages (memorizing four cards in four seconds with a correct reveal worth $50, then eight cards in eight second and worth $500, then twelve cards in twelve seconds for $5000).
