Plot Overview

Lex announces he's going to nuke the world... and it's not a threat. Finding a machine containing Lex's memories, Superboy goes into the mind of his enemy to learn how to stop him.

Happenings

  • Lex announces that in 6 hours he is going to launch a nationwide network of nuclear devices at Capital City with the radioactive dust creating a nuclear holocaust, effectively destroying the planet.
  • Lex created a contengency by capturing his memories with plans to have them downloaded into a robot version of himself, along side a robot of his sister as he remembered her.
  • Superboy is lured to where he believe Lex is hiding, but it's abandoned. There he finds the program Lex developed to download his memories. Superboy puts in the disc and is able to replay Lex's memories. However, he is unable to escape and if not out in time, he will be trapped. Lana goes in to try to rescue him.

Characters

  • It's revealed that Lex grew up in an abusive home. Shown to possess high intelligence, he loved his younger sister Lena and eventually freed them both by filing an insurance policy on their parents just before murdering them.
  • Lex's whole reason for destroying the world is because he found out that Lena died in a car crash.
