Plot Overview

As a weakened Superboy is helpless to the whim of Chaos, a reformed Bizarro may be his only saviour.

Happenings

• Bill Zarro is convinced to undo his process as Bizarro is the only one to help Superboy.

• Chaos is revealed to have been a scientist who was caught in an explosion, disfiguring him and resulting in his current philosophy. He is prevented from throwing Superboy off a building and stopped by Bizarro.

• Bizarro remains at the clinic for a continued effort at rehabilitation and progresses enough to change his speech patterns.
