Plot Overview
Jo travels to the United Kingdom where Paul and Denise Cooke need help with their three daughters: 9-year-old Meghann, 6-year-old Gabriella and 4-year-old Erin.
Meghann controls the household with her bossy & aggressive behavior, she terrorizes her little sisters and her relationship with Denise has become very strained. When Jo comes up with the "reflection room" technique for discipline, Meghann doesn't take it very well which causes her to physically lash out at Jo.
Can Jo help the Cookes control Meghann's behavior or has she finally met her match?
