Plot Overview
Jo visits the Martinez family in Clinton, Michigan where Michelle is left to care for her three children: 9-year-old Sindo Jr., 7-year-old Ashley and 6-year-old Mikey alone while her husband Sindo is away in Iraq working as a civilian contractor. Michelle has a hard time keeping the kids under control and tends to overreact to their behavior with hostility and yelling.
Sindo Jr. smart mouths his mother, Ashley throws tantrums in public and Mikey is starting to copy his siblings' bad behavior. Sindo tries to keep in contact with his family by calling as often as he can and Michelle gets concerned when she doesn't hear from her husband.
