Plot Overview
After a young boy is kidnapped, Hooker trails the kidnapper, who is also a brazen jewel thief, down to the Central American town of Morales, where he hopes to fence the stolen jewels. Hooker teams up with one of Mexico's best cops to find the child stealer.
