Plot Overview

While searching for a strangler preying on homeless people, Corrigan suffers a severe blow to the head that causes him to act violently, and in a couple of instances, to brutally attack suspects that he questions. Hooker attempts to get help for his friend, as well as helping out an old friend, a street person who's not a drunk, but just someone who's 'fallen through the cracks', all the while looking for the brutal killer.
