Plot Overview
A retired mobster is gunned down in a city park while on an innocent outing with his daughter. Hooker discovers that the mobster is being targeted by a fanatic group called People for a Decent World, led by an ex-serviceman, and that they are determined to make another attempt on the mobster's life.
