Plot Overview
Hooker's friend, an undercover vice cop, is killed during a meeting with a young hooker. When evidence is uncovered showing that Hooker's friend may have been on the take, he sets out to find the young woman who witnessed the murder, aided by her roommate, a wisecracking ex-prostitute turned card sharp.
