Plot Overview
A creep out for revenge against Hooker hires a bomb expert to go after the veteran cop, but the attempts on Hooker's life take a bigger toll on Romano...first, the younger cop is temporarily blinded after the first attempt, and later, Romano's girlfriend, also a cop, is killed in a car explosion. Hooker has to not only find his would-be killer and why he has it in for him, but he also has to keep a vengeful Romano in check as well.
