Plot Overview
Searching for the person responsible for providing liquor to underage joy-riders, Hooker discovers that it's a fellow classmate who's selling them booze that has been stolen from interstate shipments. Romano is more dismayed to discover that the boy is the son of a fallen comrade of his from Vietnam, and also an alcoholic.
