Layout Discussion

Yeah, we just had a similar discussion over on the Daily Show pages. :) Copy and paste from what I put there to promote cross-discussion:

I modified the template a bit. This page has an example of what I edited-- the top where the episode title normally goes is the date/guest, and the guest has its own variable section. I think it looks aesthetically better, solves the problem of what happens when there is no guest (only the date will be shown in the header), and makes the guest look a bit more obvious and opens up a section to list more than one guest, but I don't want to encroach on anyone's territory by making that the main template. Tell me what you guys think, and, if no one really likes it, we can always revert back to the older one; it's not a problem. I also edited the layout for that a bit. I deleted reviews because I don't think it's particularly important for a daily talk show, and moved some other things around. --Wizardryo 23:34, 2 Nov 2005 (EST)

The Colbert Réport

Is there any reason for the spelling of 'Réport'? All other sources (including the official ones) just use 'Report'. --error 15:31, 25 April 2006 (EDT)

Because it's the official name of the show. You pronounce it without the T. It's kind of like Æon Flux where although most of the official materials say AEon, it's only because the people typing up the press releases figure that it's just as good without the accent or special character. --IndieRockLance 16:49, 25 April 2006 (EDT)
