Basic Information
Slade is the mysterious archenemy of the Titans. He is shown to be ambitious, calculating and emotionless and was the main antagonist for the first two seasons of the series. His main goal is to destroy the Titans and take over the city (and, quite possibly the world). In order to accomplish his goals, he relies on the thousands of robotic footsoldiers that are programmed to serve him. Whenever he wants something, he dispatches this seemingly endless army of lifeless androids to retrieve it. Slade has been rarelly known to attack the Titans directly, proferring to stick to the shadows and work behind the scenes. Slade possesses superior physical strength, and fighting skills that surpass even Robin's. Slade is a bona-fide genius, with great knowledge of robotics and ceremonial magic (as seen in the episode Forces of Nature).
Slade has also been shown to be extremely ruthless, beating Terra (who was his apprentice at the time) terribly for running away from a fight she couldn't of possibly won. Slade is also a cunning mastermind and manipulator, who plots complicated and intricate plans in order to destroy his enemies.
Slade usually fights wielding an extendable bo-staff, and is shown to have acrobatic skills and incredible running speed. Robin considers him a "psychopath", and "madman", going to great links to stop his plans. Slade has also formed a bit of a rivaly with Beast Boy, they have had several confrontations. He and Robin have also had run-ins with each other, usually ending in Slade escaping to fight another day.
