Plot Overview

Reena convinces Vicky to give Justin a job. At the auction, Ryan tells Dawn that he has an offer to buy the Marshall house. A press conference is held announcing that Striker and Kevin are creating a cardiac unit at Gulf Coast. Bart is unhappy about Courtney working with Kevin. Vicky tells Reena she is sorry she wasn't there for her when she was growing up. Kevin tells Courtney what they had was good but over. Sam talks to Vicky about the stress she seems to be under. Vicky tells Sam she is going to train Justin. Kate tells Ryan she knows he has taken an interest in Ginny. Ginny tells Ryan Barrett was missing in action 5 years, 1 month and 3 weeks ago. Billy Joe tells Elena if she wants to sing he can help her achieve her dream. Maggie tells Elena to stay away from Billy Joe because he is trouble. Ginny tells Ryan and Kate she can't give up hope that Barret will come back. Reena and Justin eat at Maggie's and Reena shows Justin the pictures of Alex and Vicky together. Dennis buys Dawn the piano at the auction. Ginny introduces Ryan to Max and tells Ryan that Kate owns half of the ranch but the other half Mike inherited from his father and may have to be sold. Ginny and Ryan tour the ranch as they ride and Ginny gives Ryan the history of the Marshall ranch from 1820 to the present and that the Marshall ranch is Texas. Ryan tells Ginny he will try to get Alex to leave the ranch alone for the River Oaks house.
