Sam and Justin have words. Dawn yells at Alex and then Alex meets Dennis and Dennis has words with him. Iris tells Dawn and Dennis that Alex wants to buy the house for Iris. Dawn tells Iris that Alex was supposed to meet Alex at Vicky's party but when Mike got there Alex wasn't there. Iris tries to talk to Dennis but he walks out. Iris remembers talking to Brian about the fact that Dennis is Alex's son. Billy Joe, Nita and Elena show up for Rikki's race and Billy Joe and Rikki have words. Sam tells Justin he is going on air for the race. Alex tells Iris that the reason he didn't stay to talk to Mike was because Iris was there and he wasn't ready to meet her. Justin and Rikki pretend not to know each other in front of Sam but Rikki tells Sam that Justin is one of the top race car drivers in the world. Reena and Max argue and then Max kisses her and walks out. Dennis tells Dawn he is not leaving town but would like to buy Western Art and have Dawn work for him. Bart talks to Kate about Courtney working with Kevin. Reena complains to Kate about Max. Bart makes Reena believe that someone is moving in on her husband Kevin. Dennis and Dawn grow closer. Justin goes on the air.
