Plot Overview
At the apartment, Paige finds pictures of her and Dennis and then Elliot arrives. Striker tells Dennis that he hasn't been completely honest with him. Rikki wakes up in the hospital with Max by his side. Courtney talks to Ginny. Ryan waits to see Ginny with flowers. Barrett tells Kate that the baby was Ryan's and is shocked to learn she already knew it. Ginny pleads with Courtney to stop Barrett from seeing her today. Elliot tells Paige that Dennis could get suspended sentence or just a couple years in prison if the DA accepts Iris' story. Courtney tells Ryan he can see Ginny but advises they talk to a counselor. Striker tells Dennis their case is in the hands of the DA now. Elliot questions Paige about the man she was involved with that talked her into doing the movie. Barrett tells Kate that he can forgive Ginny and make her happy. Ginny tells Ryan she is sorry she lost the baby. Dennis tells Paige that he wants a divorce. Detective Michaels questions Rikki and Rikki realizes that if Joe is alive Elena may still be in danger. Paige tells Dennis she doesn't want a divorce but he says he wants it because he doesn't want their love to die slowly while he is in prison. Max tells Rikki that he will look out for Elena. Barrett has a long talk with Steve to comfort him about Ginny. Ryan tells Ginny that he thinks Barrett knows the baby was his and Ryan also tells Ginny that he wants he to stay with him and not go back to Barrett. Rikki tells Max he isn't so sure Dennis killed Chris. Paige tells Dennis she loves him no matter what. Ginny promises Ryan that she will leave Barrett if he doesn't get help.
