Plot Overview

Rikki brings Ruby breakfast in the hayloft but she would rather have Rikki again. Paige tells Alfredo to tell Elliot she is not in. Striker tells Reena it is possible that the mineral rights to the Marshall land are on a separate contract and Kate is looking for it. Ryan tells Ashley he needs an executive assistant he can trust. Rikki tells Ruby he is really excited about what is happening. Ginny tells Reena and Striker that Justin is framing Ryan for embezzlement and murder. Ryan tells Ashley she better toughen up or Justin will destroy her. Maggie tells Nita she needs to make a decision about whether or not she is going to be with Billy Joe or get a divorce. Reena tries to comfort Ginny who says Ryan doesn't stand a chance against Justin and Iris. Justin shows Ryan Mr. Johnson's statement and then Ryan tells Justin about his not owning the mineral rights to the Marshall land. Nita tells Maggie she will make a decision about Billy Joe soon. Justin tells Ashley he doesn't own the mineral rights to the Marshall land and then learns Ryan fired her so he calls Iris and tells her and she tells him to hire Ashley. Iris tells Grant she is going to the World Oil building and he tells her not to go. Ruby lets Nita know that she spent the night with Rikki. Grant tells Iris she will destroy the company Alex built if she goes public with her accusations against Ryan. Rikki tells Nita and Maggie that he is turning in his resignation with World Oil today. Then Nita tells Maggie that she is going to start divorce proceedings but that Rikki won't be there to help her because he is sleeping with Ruby. Paige learns from Dennis that he followed them to dinner and the cabin and then she tells him that she isn't going to see Elliot anymore and Dennis says he would like it if she left Houston. Reena tells Iris she better face up to the fact that Justin is playing on her grief and framing Ryan. Maggie calls Ruby trash and Ruby throws water at her. Maggie tells Ruby to leave her nephew. Paige tells Elliot that Dennis knows what happened at the cabin and she doesn't want to see him again. Reena tells Iris Justin and Ashley are devious and she will ruin an innocent man if she listens to them. Paige tells Elliot she doesn't want to see or hear from him again but he won't promise it.
