Plot Overview

Justin and Ashley talk with Iris about the board meeting. At the Bellman home, T.J. finds Reena's portrait to be beautiful. Elena tells Ryan that Peter Parnell killed Alex. Ashley tells Iris she is worried that T.J. and Ryan are up to something. T.J. tells Vicky he thinks Ryan as a chance to delay the vote. Elena tells Ryan her friend and she and going to meet with Peter and plan to record on tape his talking about killing Alex and they want Ryan to be nearby. Jim tells Peter that no one has seen Elena today. Ashley tells Iris that she thinks Ryan is innocent. Ryan tells Grant he is going to get proof but can't tell him more than that. Elena tells Joe that things are set with Ryan. Justin and T.J. talk about Ryan and his being innocent and Justin conning Iris. Ryan and Ginny talk about Reena's obsession with getting Justin because of Max's death. Joe tells Elena they will meet Pete at the zoo in 3 hours. Jim enters Ryan's office and meets Ginny. Joe finalizes plans with Pete to meet at the Panther cage at 4:45 P.M. Elena calls Ryan but Ginny answers and Jim overhears that it is Elena. Iris and Dennis meet T.J. and then Ryan asks Iris to delay the meeting till next week but she has the other board members come in and Reena is among them. Ginny tells Jim that it was her friend Elena Dekker on the phone and then Jim leaves. Elena tells Joe that Ginny answered so they will have to call Ryan again later. T.J. and Ryan try to get Reena to leave the board room and she does but Justin tells the members what Reena would have accused him of and how it is all untrue. Peter remembers killing Alex and then Jim tells Peter that Elena and Joe were planning to double cross him. The vote is taken to remove Ryan for cause and put Justin in his place. Ryan and T.J. tell Reena and Ginny of the outcome. T.J. tells Reena they had a plan until she stirred things up and then Ryan gets the call to meet at the zoo. Peter and Jim make their plans.
