Plot Overview
Billy Joe tells Ruby that he didn't go to see the doctor. Paige tells Elliot she is a nervous wreck about appearing. Vivien tells Iris that Paige is appearing on The Phil Roberts Show. Billy Joe tells Ruby he has been under a lot of pressure lately. Someone enters Billy Joe's dressing room and slips pills into his coffee. Elliot tries to calm Paige. Iris decides to call Vicky. Iris asks Vicky if she can go on the Phil Roberts show this afternoon. Vicky calls Ben to ask him to find room on Phil's show. Phil tells Billy Joe he days are numbered on the show. T.J. talks to Vicky and then asks Reena to dinner but she declines. Paige and Elliot learn of Iris appearing on Phil's show. Ruby finds Billy Joe in pain but he insists on doing the show for Paige's sake. Iris tells Phil she wants to be on the same segment as Paige even though she loathes her. Vicky advises Reena not to let Margaret interview her. On the talk show Phil tries to get into Paige's background with Peter and Billy Joe tries to stick up for her. Ben wonders if Billy Joe is okay and Ruby assures him that he is. Billy Joe continues to have trouble. Vicky is upset that Iris and Phil tried to railroad Paige and then Reena tells Vicky about Dennis' plan to humiliate Paige at the party. Elliot gets after Iris for what she did on the show and Iris vows to close down the boutique before it opens. Vicky gets on Iris for what she tried to do to Paige. Paige tells Elliot that Nita called and people are cancelling on the boutique's opening. A stagehand tells Billy Joe that he needs to see a doctor and then he collapses.
