Plot Overview

Ryan tells Kate that he won't leave Steve on the ranch or live under the same roof with Justin and Kate tells Ginny she knows it is best for Steve to stay on the ranch. Justin shows Ashley the future offices of Marshall Oil. Reena gets a call that informs her that Justin is leasing space in the building across the street. Beau gives Elena a song he wrote as a peace offering. Rikki tells Ruby that Phil tried to freeze Billy Joe out of the show and then Vicky tells Ruby she wants to see her and Billy Joe right away. Ashley argues with Justin about his spending so much money and Reena walks in. Billy Joe argues with Ruby over what Mrs. Bellman might know about the pills. Elena shows Rikki the song Beau wrote. Justin tells Reena that Vicky owns the building he leased space in. Ruby tells Vicky that Billy Joe made himself sick by taking an old prescription and then adds that it is time Billy Joe has his own show to end the friction between Phil and Billy Joe. Reena tells Ashley she knows she's not pregnant and adds that she is going to make Justin's life unpleasant and therefore she will make her life unpleasant too. Ginny tells Ryan she has made a decision and wants them all to live on the ranch permanently. Ginny and Ryan argue over their stands on living at the ranch. Rikki tells Beau to stay away from Elena. Justin and Ashley argue over him spending too much money and then Kate, Ginny and Ryan enter the kitchen and all sit down to eat dinner. Reena gets on Vicky for leasing space in a building to Justin and then Vicky tells Reena to leave Justin alone and get on with her own life but Reena says she is going to get Justin. Justin talks over dinner as the others eat and then when all others leave Ginny tells Kate she doesn't know what to do to keep both Steve and Ryan happy. Ruby tells Rikki that Billy Joe may get his own show. Billy Joe apologizes to Elena and she tells him she wants to be his friend. Kate asks Justin to move off the ranch. Justin agrees to sell Kate his share of the ranch for $5,000,000.
