Plot Overview

T.J. tells Reena their date is still on for dinner and then Ginny calls and tells Reena that Bubba has escaped and that Lurlene’s granddaddy is missing. So Reena calls Rikki for help. Brette arrives on the ranch and meets Kate and Lurlene and asks if she can poke around a bit. T.J. calls Ashley and tells her he has a proposition for her. Justin tells Ashley he doesn't like T.J. hanging around. Brette meets Ginny and Lurlene tells Brette that the man that tried to rape her is loose in the area. Bubba calls Justin's office but when his secretary, Karen, tells him that Justin is here he hangs up. Reena and Rikki arrive on the ranch and Rikki decides to stay on the ranch for awhile and Kate tells them that she is worried about Bubba and finding money with old man Harper missing. T.J. tells Ashley he wants to come to work for Marshall Oil but she tells him she will think about it. Justin apologizes to Paige and then tells her that he now knows how much he loves Ashley. Rikki talks to Lurlene about her future. Brette is shocked while walking on the ranch property. Brette barges into the Marshall kitchen and tells Ginny, Rikki, Kate and Lurlene that there is a dead man on the path. Ashley tells Paige how Iris set things right with Justin and her. Kate tells Lurlene that the man who passed on is her granddaddy. Ashley tells Justin that T.J. wants to work for them. Reena asks T.J. his decision. Rikki and Brette tell Kate and Ginny that they found $15,000 on Mr. Harper's body. Ashley convinces Justin to talk to T.J. about his offer. Brette tells Rikki she is staying on the ranch until they get to the bottom of the mystery involving the money. Bubba goes through Ashley's office files. T.J. tells Reena he is leaving World Oil for Marshall Oil.
