Plot Overview

Billy Joe asks Nita out but she declines. Ruby asks Ashley what is happening with Billy Joe's contract with Ace High. Reena arrives in Dallas and as she goes to her room Justin arrives talking to a man about Billy Joe representing Ace High. Nita tells Billy Joe she just wants to be friends. Vivien gives Brette a letter from lacy in Australia that says Mark doesn't know if he should leave his company or not. Justin calls Ashley and then talks to Ruby and tells her to get Billy Joe to Dallas right away. Nita leave and Paige tells Billy Joe to give Nita some time. Then Ruby arrives and tells him they have to go to Dallas right away. Ashley tears up the slant drilling papers and then T.J. tells her that her happiness is his only concern and that Reena is in Dallas. Reena questions Justin as he is talking to one of the franchise owners. Lurlene stops by the Wheelers to see Brette but chats with Vivien. On the plane, Ruby tells Billy Joe Justin is expecting him to convince the owners to stay with Marshall Oil. Reena tells the franchise owners all about Justin making money off of his grandmother and Lurlene and Justin storms off. Paige tells Ashley that Justin will take care of things and not to worry. Then Paige also tells Ashley that T.J. seems like quite a gentleman. Justin introduces Billy Joe and Ruby to some owners. Lurlene tells Brette that she has decided to leave the ranch and move in with Ruby Wright. Justin thanks Billy Joe and Ruby for their help and then they run into Reena. Nita tells Paige she can't go back to Billy Joe after what happened with being held hostage. Billy Joe leaves and then Reena and Ruby argue. Lurlene tells Brette that she hopes Kate will understand when she moves in with Ruby. T.J. asks Paige out to dinner and she accepts. Justin arrives at Reena's hotel room and Billy Joe and Ruby see Justin enter. Billy Joe leaves but Ruby listens in at the door as Justin bets his production division against Reena's. If Justin wins in 6 months, Reena and he will meet in the same hotel room in Dallas and she will go to bed with him and if she wins Justin will sell Marshall Oil and leave Texas. Reena agrees to the bet.
