Plot Overview

Ryan and Sam question Clipper who tells them that he bought a rifle but it was stolen by he thinks Billy Joe. Billy Joe tells Nita about the plan Clipper had for Alex and says that Elena knows he is innocent and asks for Nita's help but she refuses. Iris tells Terry about Justin getting out on bail. Elliot finds Ryan and Sam with Clipper and Ryan tells Elliot he won't rest until he finds the man that shot Alex. Elliot meets Iris and suggests that Ryan may not be trustworthy. Elliot also suggests that Iris and Dennis join forces to get Ryan out of World Oil. But Iris tells Elliot she can't because Dennis won't accept the money from Alex and also says she won't let Paige get her greedy claws into Dennis. Sam tells Justin how she found the piece of box in the closet at Bernie's and how Clipper set him up. Sam postpones Justin's pink slip and Justin kisses her and invites her to dinner. Detective Donovan questions Clipper with Ryan's help. Iris gets angry with Ryan for missing the court hearing and he tells her and Terry that there may be a new suspect in Clipper Curtis and Billy Joe Wright. The police search Bernie's trailer and find the rifle. Terry finds Clipper packing to leave town and he knocks her out and says good-bye.
