Plot Overview
Skateboard ace Terry Teo stumbles across archvillain gunrunner Ray Vegas uploading a shipment. Vegas orders his sidekicks to kidnap the boy, which they do, but not before Terry has managed to tell his sister, karate expert Polly some of the story.
