Best Damn Sports Show Period is a sports talk/variety show hosted by Chris Rose, which aired on the FOX Sports Network. Joining Rose on the panel are sports experts Rob Dibble (MLB), Rodney Peete (NFL) and John Salley (NBA). From the show's debut in 2001 through 2004, Rose co-hosted with Tom Arnold, and in January 2005, the show was reformatted as a late night talk show in the style of Late Night with Conan O'Brien or The Tonight Show with Jay Leno with Arnold as sole host. This format proved unpopular, however, and in February 2005, Rose returned, Arnold left to make occasional appearances, and the format was switched back to the original concept.
