Plot Overview
Cleveland is declared"The Whitest Black Man in America",(replacing Wayne Brady in that Title).This comes about after he dances on stage at a Concert hosted by Justin Bieber.Cleveland danced at the Concert to win Tickets for his son Cleveland Jr.Though he won the dance contest,he is somewhat disturbed by the Title Whitest Black Man in America.He becomes confused throughout this episode,until a woman who had takened care of him as a child when his parents were unwilling,or unable to,sets him straight.The Woman,his Nanny assures him that as long as he's happy,it doesn't matter.This is all that Cleveland needs to hear.He is relieved,and happy,like his old self again.
