Plot Overview
A Vietnamese restaurant owner being threatened by a protection racket refuses Tony's help, so he enlists the aid of an American-born Vietnamese cop to gain their trust. Also, Stan goes undercover as a pizza delivery man to catch a mugger, and Tony becomes upset with David when he cashes in the baseball card collection he handed down to buy a pair of expensive sneakers.
