Plot Overview
A crime-ridden apartment building takes on a decorated Army veteran as a security guard, but Tony suspects that the man's methods for battling crime aren't exactly legal and may even involve murder. Rachel's father Ben arrives at the Scali house for a stay for a few days, bringing special gifts for David, Sarah and Rachel, but Tony thinks that Ben will break a special promise he made to Rachel and disappear from her life once again.
