Plot Overview

Tony discovers the body of a teenage suicide victim and suspects she was a resident of a teenage shelter operated by a man whose tactics he doesn't approve of. When the girl's suicide note is found, it hints that another girl from the shelter who is missing may have been murdered, and Tony sets out to nail the shelter's owner. A teenage boy who's a friend of Tony's and another resident of the shelter disappears, and Tony thinks that he knew something and was killed because of that. Rachel takes the administrator's job up in Buffalo, taking Sarah with her while Tony and David stay in Eastbridge.
